Shipping policy

Lenape Reserve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, nor customs fees for international orders. If a customer enters an incorrect address, that customer will be responsible for reshipping fees. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct BEFORE submitting payment. Apparel and many other items are sent in automatically for fulfillment upon order confirmation and CANNOT be canceled or modified!

Please note processing time is separate from shipping estimates. Processing may take 2-5 business days, dependent on current order volume. 

All orders are processed within 2 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Potential delays may be possible due to periods of high order volumes or postal service problems that are outside of Lenape Reserve's control.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 weeks for domestic orders of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lenapereserve@delawaretribe.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please keep this in mind should you use UPS, DHL, FedEx. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final, but returns may be granted in cases of defect/damage. Please see the return policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lenapereserve@delawaretribe.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
